Dato’ Mohd Emir Mavani Abdullah is a Malaysian executive and policy strategist with over 20 years of leadership experience across government, international development, and the private sector in Asia and the Middle East. He has advised the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the World Bank, and the Governments of Abu Dhabi and the UAE on public policy, economic transformation, and sustainable development. He later held senior roles in Malaysia’s Prime Minister’s Office, driving strategic initiatives in energy, finance, and economic development. Currently, as Group Deputy CEO of Seaga Corporation, he leads food security, green energy, biofuel, and sustainable aviation fuel initiatives.
