Katie Marshall serves as Senior Technologist for Refining with Refined Technologies Inc. (RTI) where she leads a team of engineers accountable for the integration of new processes and technologies for all RTI chemical applications. She has 15 years of refining experience beginning as a process engineer in the areas of Crude Distillation, Hydroprocessing, Hydrogen production, sulfur complex and reformation. In addition to process engineering, she held roles as a front-line shift supervisor and the refinery scheduler in the economics and planning department prior to moving to RTI in 2019. Katie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical and biological engineering from Colorado State University and an MBA with specialization in Risk Management from the University of Colorado.
