Minaz Makhania is a Technology Manager for Refining at KBR India. Minaz has 22 years’ experience in the Refining and Petrochemical industry. Her experience spans Operations, monitoring and troubleshooting of operating units, Technology licensing, Engineering and R &D.

Minaz joined KBR in 2022 and at KBR, Minaz is supporting technical evaluations, adequacy reviews for revamp feasibility and leads technical exchange with users for Refining technologies. Minaz has co authored several patents and publications in the field of Refining.

Minaz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Saurashtra University and a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India.
